Court Work

Subject to the areas of his expertise (see CV), Mr Day is willing to undertake expert witness work, particularly in the welfare field and natural medicine field. He is a member of The Equine & Animal Lawyers Association, The Veterinary Association for Arbitration and Jurisprudence (VAAJ) and The Animal Welfare Ethics and Law Association (AWSELVA). He has acted as expert witness for both prosecution and defence, on separate occasions.

Lawyers may send papers relating to the case, upon which they require opinion, to the address given on the contact page.
