Over the years, Mr Day has written many articles, on a wide range of topics. Of course, most relate to his special interest and involvement in natural medicine, holistic medicine, alternative medicine, homeopathy, acupuncture, herbs and natural feeding. Some of these are posted here, in good faith, for your interest and information (scroll down). Feel free to download them (free of charge) but please respect copyright and please note that some were written many years ago and therefore reflect a particular stage in an evolving philosophy and point of view or events that were topical at the time of writing. Personal opinions and comment on various topics and issues, as they arise, will also be posted in this area. These are quite light-hearted, as befits such a forum. They are more by way of introducing casual visitors to the subjects.
